I know this will be niche product, but my friend is starting a website selling gothic veils, and i was helping her out. I was just wondering if could help as to where should advertise?

Why do goths need veils?? My first piece of dvice is to get the website working before they submit links anywhere they hope to get business.

lousy site. badly written and spelled and looks like it was made in 1995. frames are bad too. add a colour scheme and some details instead of just email all the time. plus the image gallery has no detail

lol i know its poor thats why she has asked me to redesign it. The reason why i was asking, was i am trying to combine it with my uni work. So I was going to promote the site and the business when i had finished the website.

My feedback would be by getting some real hosting (with a hosting company) and purchasing a domain name.

To be honest you can get low cost hosting from as low as £4.30 per month. If you pay annually it can be as low as £2 per month (depending if you require ASP or PHP style hosting).

I wouldn't opt for free hosting because as you say it will have pop up ads.
