There are dog poo bins in Hillsborough park, a packet of nappy bags (great for disposal) costs next to nothing, yet I still see people not picking up. The best clear up I saw - in Venice, having a drink on the balcony of our hotel at the side of the Grand Canal. Why do some owners put the poo in a plastic bag then chuck the bag in bushes or drop it in a hedge. It wont bio-degrade but just sits/hangs there for an absolute age.
