I am looking for any yoga classes in the Dore-Totley area or nearby.Any suggestions? Thanks.

Think they do it at the abbeydale sports and rackets club, we go on a weds night to aerobics and its very good. Its just on the left (heading towards town) before you get to the bottom of twentywell lane.

Very good we pay £3.50 for our aerobics and its the best one ive ever been too! thats why we have been going just over a year now.

hi, were you doing yoga with aurora? if so can't direct you to anything in dore but there is ashtanga in central shef just off london rd.

Hi Nigs,

Where is Ashtanga? Is that the name of the yoga studio? I live near London Road and have been really wanting to do some yoga for a long long time...any help is appreciated!

hi sidh, ashtanga is the name for a style of yoga that has an emphasis on the flow of a sequence of postures.
at present classes are held above the pine and ornament shop opposite-ish airy fairy, but if all goes well from 1st feb we should be on the first floor of bounty (the shop with the pirate outside).

I believe Aurora's classes are contiuing with a new instructor.

Thursday's at Totley Brook and Monday in Dore.

I'd be interested in the details of any yoga classes in the dore/toltey are also. i think i've previously seen an occassional adevertisement in the sheffield telegraph, but nothing regular and i can't remember the details.
