Just wondering what people think should be posted in here and why? And when do you think the line is drawn between it being a 'general chit' chat post and an 'im really bored post'


I was just curious after seeing a post closed because people were 'chit chatting' in the general 'chit chat' section :confused:

I think they draw a line between chit chat and one to one stuff or just junk (that could probably be done via pm)...

What the hell am I baffling about.. I'm goin back to bed..

I think the way I saw it, was that this part of the forum was for 'serious' chat, and if you want to post something with a bit of humour it goes in the 'im really bored' part, or have I got that completely wrong?

Funnily enough, Spyro... (although if this is the "serious chat section", perhaps I shouldn't use the word 'funnily'?) ;) ... The post stating: "How about taking this chit chat into the chatroom, that's what it's for?", struck me as highly amusing in itself, as it was posted in the chit-chat section.... Although the inclusion of the question-mark does perhaps indicate a degree of uncertainty.... hehe!

Chit-Chat: Casual conversation; small talk; Gossip.

Apparently, everything I start belongs in 'I'm really bored' :roll:

Funny how it takes the 'sitebot' ages, sometimes days or weeks to get it shifted though :suspect:
