Just curious, what are the costs involved? Also, be good if you could post more details here about the event. :)

Energise Your Soul Yoga Workshop this Saturday 7th May in Calver village Hall, Calver Derbysire.

10am - 1pm

The cost is £12.50 and I will be donating all of this money to a yoga charity in Ethiopia. The charity is doing a wonderful act of kindness by teaching yoga to orphans and victims of violence.

Basically the workshop will access your creative core, ground your mind and maximise the flow in your body. We will use asanas (postures) you are familiar with along with Pranayama (breathing), Meditatoin and Nidra (a very DEEP relaxation!) to bring your mind and body together.
