I have already done a search on animated avatars and have tried things that other people have suggested but the animation on my avatar still won't work. I have tried different avatars all with the same results....nothing.
Please can anyone help me?

Afraid I cant be of much help but just to let you know you are not alone. I've had trouble getting animated avatars to work too. I have now got a couple to actually function properly though. :clap:

It depends on where you're getting the avatar from, how you download it and, if you edit it, how you re-save it.

I'm no expert either but did you save the avatar as a gif?

I did save it as gif and got the avatar from webdeveloper.com, used an avatar resizer programme to resize it but all to no avail.

Try getting one from here http://www.buddyputty.com/
They are already the right size so no need to mess about shrinking. :thumbsup:
