We get both our electricity & gas from NPower and pay by monthly direct debit. We have just come to the end of our first year with them and they have written to tell me that my yearly rebate for making my payments this way has increased from £50 to £60 which is nice.
But I don't understand how this years rebate works, do they put £50 back in my account or do they knock it off next years fuel bill. I could ring them but don't have the patience to deal with their call centre and wondered if anyone else knew???

The wonder of Google.... (http://www.npower.com/At_home/Electricity_and_gas/Prices_and_discounts/Discounts.html) ;)

Check the bit at the bottom with the * mark.

Hope it makes sense......
