If you are wanting to lose weight, tone up or generally get fitter then a personal trainer is a very cost effective way of achieving your goals.

I do home visits and have a very good track record on achieving results for clients, I work with individuals or couples.

are you the phil thats done classes at the source, fitness first and 363 club in hills? My god, they knackered me out if so!!
