Hi, we need two more flat mates to live in our gorgeous flat on Eccellsall Road! It is opposite the Nursery Tavern -which is a great pub and there is a bus stop near -for good transport links!

The whole flat is very modern inside, with really nice wooden floors! The flat shares 6 people, and has 2 bathrooms with good showers. At the moment there is 4 of us -Matt (me), Sam, Paul and Leah and we are all easy going people who enjoy a variety of music and comedy programmes and are looking for some flat mates to chill out with!

The rent is £62.50 a week -which isnt bad at all compared to other houses and flats nearby. A friend of mine is living in a dive just on Stalker Lees Road and is paying more a week. The rent does not include bills -but that should only come to about £5 a week -if that!

Another good thing about living there is that we get it all year round, so if you dont want to stay at home during the summer, you can have a holiday back in Sheffield!!

If interested, I can talk to you and we can arrange to view the flat. If you decide to live there you will need to give a cheque for £175 as a deposit to the landlord which you will get back provided you don't break anything in the flat! Along with the deposit you will need to give the landlord 3 post dated cheques.
