I have been reading various threads on the forum, and also various newspaper articles. We are supposedly allowed to have 16? units of alcohol a week, don't eat salt, don't eat fatty foods, don't sit in the sun, I get really annoyed with all these facts, let me give you a few:
My brother died when he was 36, he didn't smoke, didn't drink, and kept fit,
My Grandad died when he was 84 and smoked 40 cigarettes a day, all his life, and drank whisky every day, and worked outside in the sun, he also enjoyed his food, and in his day there was plenty of butter, lard and dripping. He got knocked down by the way. (he was probably drunk).
Its about time people started enjoying living, rather than worrying about dying.
