I've had my hands on 5 and all had loose hinges and so ended up getting my money back, but I still really want one and was hoping that maybe a new batch has been made and maybe nintendo's tightened them up a bit?

Um I have had mine from day one, and it all seems okay.

I understand the 3DS only works if you have 2 working eyes. It's to combat piracy.

Yeah my friend has had one from release and his is fine too... then i got one and it was horrid, and then tried out 4 more in stores and they were exactly the same. :/

Put me off a lot, but i guess i can always return it so i'll try it again :)

Does anyone have the remotest idea what these people are talking about? :confused:

i dont know but i have one for sale, 1 week old with 2 games, nintendogs and cats and ashphalt 3d, £130 if any1 interested, everythin with it.

According to nintendo it's meant to wobble like that it stops the hinge cracking like the ds
