Hi - Newbie here.
I'm currently renting in Crookes but am now looking to buy. I have seen a few flats in the Crabtree area of Norwood. Could anyone give me any advice on this area (crime etc). I realise Firth Park has previously been covered in detail, but I'm specifically looking at this area. I have also seen a property on Coningsby road so any info on this road would be appreciated. My plan is to live here a few years while doing a postgrad at Hallam and then probably a year or two at the Northern General. The plan is then to let it out to people working at the Hospital (hopefully good quality houses/flats near the hospital will appeal to them)
