Hi peeps,

I've decided i am finally gunna learn to surf in the Summer! I love watching it and I'd love to try it out myself.
I'm planning on going down to Newquay as they have some surfing schools there.

Can you surf? Did you find it hard to learn? And where did you learn?

aaah, it took me a while to get what you mean..... and then I read the small text lol.

Learned to surf when I was 4, so can't tell you whether it's hard or not, but it is really REALLY good fun, and a brilliant way to get aerobic exercise and chillout at the same time.

I learned on a rented board off Porthmeor Beach, St Ives, by falling off a lot and watching other people. No proper lessons, and I miss it more than I can say.

Go for it- you'll love it.

Made me laugh so much.... I had a go at surfing there in 91' and I made such a prat of myself I vowed I would'nt do it again. Friends still talk about it today. :D
