Hello

I'm looking for a field not a campsite thats allows fires and bbqs? Im not interested in showers/toilets etc. anyone got any ideas?

Hardhurst farm behind Travellers rest at Hope or Edale opposite Nags Head

highfield park in upper booth near edale is
good, basically an empty field with a (pretty basic) toilet, they let you have fires if up on bricks or in a BBQ, it's £5 per car/tent. it can get pretty windy but it's right on the path to Jacobs ladder and kinder scout.

Pretty sure Coopers don't allow fires. !

We stayed at this site a couple of years ago, it was a nice basic site that allowed fires if you hired one of their braziers (I think we paid about a fiver for it). http://www.knotlowfarm.co.uk/home
