Next week the UKs best beatboxer "Schlomo" is playing at the Tuesday Club.
Tuesday the 13th of December at Sheffield University - all welcome check www.tuesdayclub.co.uk for details.
Schlomo is wicked last time I saw was in Leeds where he did an awesome half hour showcase. He was Bjork's last LP and on Jools Holland's BBC2 show a few weeks ago.

The Tuesday Club next week also has DJ Format with live rappers D-Sisive and Abdominal. Plus funk band Color Climax and DnB in the other room.

Yeah the boy undoubtedly has mad skills, but I got sick of the Hip Hop Cliche Book for Rappers being rolled out.

"where tha ladies at??, where tha ladies at?", well the ones that were with us had scarpered to the drum n bass room mate :D

Schlomo's beatboxing blew Rahzel out of the water 2 weeks ago when we had the Foreign Beggars at the Plug.

I must admit Ive tried to do it myself but to no avail.. I can do the beatboxing but totally choke up when it comes to trying to add speach in :blush:

Fundamentalz hip hop open mic night@ trippets the first sunday of every month features local talent scratching rapping and, in some cases, beat boxing. Worth a look in my opinion.

he's class like.
look out for Foz as well, Leeds based Beatboxer and a genuinely nice chap. saw him him supporting the x-ecutioners in Leeds back in October...got the place rockin
Format is fantastic live, go tommorrow if you can. saw him at Leeds Festy in the summer and was all good
