I just went to town on my 18th and got drunk, in celebration that I couldnt get thrown out for being underage!

Weve got some of that stuff in the kitchen but i've never bothered with it (yet).

What's special about it?

It's 70% and drinking more than 3 shots can send you daft :)

It has thujone in it out of the woodworm plant - can be very trippy :D Plus it's high in alcohol too. It's the stuff Van Gogh was drinking when he cut his ear off apparently :)

Make sure you got the right stuff though, there's all sorts sold as absinthe now.

Well i've had a look at your face party thing and it looks like you like a good bit of clubbin, so I suggest you go and round up all your mates, start drinking at 11am and dont stop till you're completely smashed! And the best bit is, you'll not pay for anything all day! :headbang:

I hired a bar with my mates for my 18th. Worked out very cheaply if everyone's prepared to chip in. Then you get to the bar quickly, play the music you want, and (most importantly) you can get a 'lock-in' so it doesn't have to close at normal time!!!

I'd just recommend eating early on otherwise it's hard to last the night!!! god I sound like my mother - sorry!

I seem to recall getting unbelievably bladdered, went on a massive booze cruise...hit on a foxy barman and did quite well :thumbsup: stumbled into Millionaires (remember that place???) stumbled out again, fell over outside Casbah and a nice bouncer picked me up while the queue outside applauded :thumbsup: wondered aimlessly about and then ended the night by running through the peace garden fountain, then got shouted at by a nasty bouncer :P then dripping wet got into a cab!
It was mid July so dint take long to dry out thankfully, but my mate regretted wearing denim hotpants after the fountain escapade! :wink:
