I am organising a charity ball in August this year. It will be in aid of Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. www.bluebellwood.org if you want to read about this amazing place!

I do not have a venue as of yet or a specific date but I have emailed loads of venues to check availability for a friday or saturday this August.

I am appealing for ideas/advice/volunteers.

The plan will be a disco & buffet with an auction. Then hopefully depending on costs casino tables and a magician.

Is anyone or knows anyone who may be able to help with DJ, Casino Tables, Magician, Any other entertainment, Printers, venue decorators or could donate a prize to auction off on the night!

I now have a venue - Sheffield United Football Club and I have entertainment ( 3 bands) I am still looking for decor for the venue such as balloons or flowers.
And also prizes to be used on the auction & raffle!!
