Go on eBay ;)

Theres cheaper ones than the 'tv' ones, ive got the other one cant remember the name - you do sit ups on them! Cost me 30pounds against the tv/net prices of 100+

Not yet - ive only been using it about 5 times max! I feel abit lazy though, cause this one pushes you back up - quite cool! Ive heard good and bad for the circle ones, and heard good and bad for the sit up one!

I will do! The one ive got if you do a search of 'ab core trainer' on eBay, theres 2 or 3 different types, mine is just the unit - no handles or anything :)

It will just lay around gathering dust, you can achieve the same effect without any gimmicky tools

I have just got one of these. It's really, really hard work. I wanted to get some good results after having my baby. What do you suggest each day?

Don't waste ur money on buying such things , cuz yes you will use it for like a week or say max a month , and then it will just be a furniture lying in your house....:)

Well.....

I said i'd update.

The dog ate it. I'm not joking! She chewed most of the supports, so erm its sat under the stairs :D

Theres my update, used for about 4 weeks, then the dog savaged it. Stick to dance central, zumba, etc on xbox ;) I've lost around 8lbs in the past month, from healthier eating and using the games appx 30min a day, and I have just finished Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I'm about to start tracey anderson now!
