Hi

I am after a whole new range of skincare products, have you used or heard of the following?

1. Salon System CHI
2. Strictly Professional
3. Natures Way
4. Hive
5. Silhoutte Dermalift
6. Transformulas
7. Retinol skincare and
8. Maria Garcia

Which ones have you used and why? Which ones wouldn't you use and why?

Any comments welcome.
Thanks

Hi Polly,

Don't wish to appear rude but what is your obsession with beauty products and make-up. I know you want to get into the industry but why such a list?

I have a list because I don't want to get one brand, which is no good at all and waste my money. I prefer to get some information from people on this forum if possible and see what there comments are on them if they have heard of them or maybe tried them.
I'm just wanting to find the perfect skincare products that are worth spending my money on.

well my opinion is that the cost of the product doesn't reflect how well it will work. I myself stick to nivea works a treat :D

I am glad Nivea works good for you, that's great and I am happy you've found something, stick to it. But me I am always on the look out for something new, something better, I am sure there is loads more women out there apart from me who thinks the same otherwise no one would be having a face lift, collegan facials and normal facials every month to keep the wrinkles at bay.

Like I said every other person out there like me, I bet they think the same.

If you are always on the lookout for something new, these brand new to the UK. They are knockout natural products, no toxic chemicals (unlike the ones on your list) and internationally certified to food grade standard, and mostly organic. Go for it, they're really good.

Nivea is also one for chemicals, smells lovely though!

Havent heard of any of them except Retinol. I only use cheap products actually.Vaseline, Nivea and all Superdrugs own makes.I have found absolutely no difference in those and the expensive types. There is one good make on QVC called Lz Earle, and all her products are lovely.you never have any skin reactions etc;to her products.
