When you go away, do you need someone to look after your cats in their own home rather than sending them to cat prison( aka a cattery)?
I will care for them as if they are my own....

Sorry f-g, my own cats would not be best pleased with intruders on their territory!!
Even when I cared for a cat with which they used to share a house before I moved to Sheffield, they would not stand for it being on their new territory and the poor little thing spent three weeks under the bed.Still better than a cattery, I reckon, but not as good as being allowed to stay in its own home.
Cats like their home comforts!
yeah but how can you be trusted? in someone elses house? alone? with the key? with noone to watch u.......
u could copy their key while they are away.
noooo thank u, i'd rather send them to cat prison

Right. And who would be the first suspect if something went missing?
I provide excellent references. Any customer is welcome to come and see where I live.
I do understand the reticence though, and most of my work is built up via personal recommendation between cat people.

Does the service include removing the horrid bodies of my cats unfortunate victims from the doorstep :gag:
Well, as this is your introduction thread... ;)
Welcome to SF, Moggycoddle
Fantastic name BTW
Where's your cat avatar then? :)
Hi Moggy
Can you give us some idea how your prices compare to a cattery?
Thanks

Not a pleasant task, I know, but cats will be cats!
Cleaning up entrails and the like goes with the territory

Hi Peaches
Cheaper than a cattery, especially if you require only one visit per day.
Basic charge is £5-00 per visit for up to three moggies, plus an extra 80pence for each moggy over three.
I also water plants, draw curtains, switch on lights, put out bins etc. :)
