I am moving out of a shared house with my friends in Sharrow to move to Australia for one year. I will be leaving Sheffield on the 22nd December so it will be poss to move in from that date. Rent (£154 pm, deposit £175) will be due on January 1st 2006 (an alternative date could be arranged with the landlord probably). The tenancy will last til the 30th June 2006.
