Just driving home and the traffic lights outside the Royal Standard pub (at the bottom of Matilda Street, at the station end of St Mary's Gate travelling towards Bramall Lane roundabout) were showing red and green at the same time!!! Never seen that before!!

How does that Kaiser Chief's song go? I predict a riot or something? Well I'm predicting traffic chaos!!!

Anyway, these lights have now been turned off. I'd try and avoid the area tomorrow because if they're not fixed, with the football on, it'll be chaos.

This is similar to some I saw one morning a few years back at the end of Queens Rd. These were stuck on Yellow AND Green. It was causing absolute chaos, as no-one knew what it meant, so they were all stopping both ways, and the traffic was horrendous in no time.
