i'm hv prob with my laptop. i can't open the https sites...even the my email account....its haunted me for more than one month.....:(

What browser are you using, any error/warrning messages, things flashing red...anything of that sort?

Is your internet connection ok?

Is it wireless?

well...evrything seems allright..but the fact is it isn't...i use internet xplore n LAN network..
the internet connection is ok...
nothing in red falsh or....
it's appear the page cannot be displayed..
huhuhuhu...make me feel really dissappointed

A couple of things to check:

When you use IE, select the file menu at the top and make sure "Work Offline" doesnt have a tick next to it.


Tools>Internet Options>Connections :

Make sure "never dial a connection" is selected and then check your LAN settings with the button at the bottom.

How do you know your internet connection is working? Can you run MSN messenger etc?

i've done evrthg like that. but it's still not working...ermmm...i can't run MSN msger n also my hotmail account.
is there any other solution?
