Can't believe I haven't seen one of these threads on here as yet...

As an Owl, I am certain we won't manage a clean sheet, so I'll have to say 2-1 to the Blades.... (though my bet says 1-0 to the Owls in hope!) ;)

Post away!

On paper it should be no contest as the Blades are superior in every department, especially if Unsworth and/or Short play.

However, derby matches rarely reflect the form book and as a Blade I shan't be predicting a cricket score.

On the other hand, I can't see us conceding more than one goal so at the very least I predict a draw. A gut feeling or just a coward?

I am! But... I can't see based on our form, injuries and confidence (and ability, in some individual's cases!) where two goals will come from... hence the 1-0 steal I am backing (and that is with some doubt). Let's just hope Peacock and or Graham have scoring days and the likes of Eagles and Brunt put out the performances we know they can - that's the only way we will get a result

Score more goals than your opposition!:loopy:

But I agree that united are by far the better team at the moment!

Reckon they should amalgamate - let's face it, both teams are pretty crummy and their grounds are absolute toilets...but together they could be a force to be reckoned with...maybe!

To be fair it was always going to be closer than most united fans reckoned....im just glad we played with a few more b*lls in the second half....

They could have played with 10 balls and the match could have been played till midnight and the Blades would still have won 1-0

We will take the 3 points which moves us closer to the Premiership especially after the last 3 dodgy games. Ifigured all it would take to get us back on track was a game against a weaker team that can't score goals and I was proven right :D

All that's important is another 3 points towards the Premiership :)

Where are you now...? Oh yeah, 3 points off the bottom.

I'm not bothered about a little club in S6 with a superiority complex, I'm bothered about the Blades finally getting out of this division (upwards, not down.)

He's BOASTING that UNITED didn't win by more.

He must be one of those supporters that's only been following Wednesday over past few years so has only ever known them to be the utter S H I T E, spineless defeat monkeys that they are.

I suppose if you look at it from that point of view a one nil loss to your fiercest rivals is something to celebrate.

It's all getting a bit desperate down at Swillsborough.
