for the last five months now when we try to access a site on aol we get the message ,no server ,or action cancelled,or page not displayed and others so we have to use internet explorer we have phoned aol no end of times and they e mail what they say is the answer to the problem ,if it works and we gat it back on as soon as we log off again for the day it just returns again next time we log back on.we have got spyware protection can anyone help

Have you tried connecting to the internet with AOL and then opening a different browser like firefox to browse to the site you need?
