ive just come back from this exhibition...and its fabulous!

considering this is the work of 2nd year students, i am very excited already to see what they will be showing for their finals next year as the standard is so high.

ive also been making enquiries tonight about purchasing one of the pieces as i am so, so taken with it!

The 'Powerful' exhibition is a collection of work created by 2nd year students at Sheffield Hallam University. At the exhibition you will get to see a range of styles in photography from political to fashion.

The exhibition will also be open Thu 17th, and Fri 18th March from 9am-5.30pm. It may be open longer but this is to be confirmed.

and they managed to raise nearly £150 to donate to the japan earthquake appeal through the sales of raffle tickets which is pretty impressive. :)

i hope all the students exhibiting are feeling very proud of themselves and arent nursing poorly heads this morning after the free booze on offer for the opening night! :P
