Im looking for a piece of software that can use a Wireless card, and will create a Wireless Access point out of your PC, instead of using a router,

Basically, a piece of software that sets up a wireless listen on your card, and accepts connection requests, just like a router, - and then shares your internet connection to it...

Anyone know of any?

When I used Internet Connection Sharing, the PC I had connected to the Internet was linked to the others in the house by Wireless - I simply had a Wireless LAN running, and anyone with the relevant connection details could have easily configured their wireless card to use my network.

This was straight out of the box Windows stuff.

Not sure whether it's what you mean, but sounds similar.
