Am I on my own in getting fed up of the increasing number of drivers stopping their cars in the middle of the road for a chat with someone driving in the opposite direction? Every time I visit my mother at Tinsley there is a good chance that this will happen. If when it happens I sound my horn or ask them politely to move, it invariably results with a mouthfull of abuse or some other threat from the drivers of these vehicles.
For Gods sake, why don't they get a driving licence? If by some remote chance they do have one then they should read the Highway Code and find out that to block the road in this fashion is ILLEGAL!

 OOh, I could write a book on the stress of driving through Tinsley. I have to pass through at school coming out time and its a nightmare. Taxi drivers in their billions picking the kids up, mothers letting tiny kids run all over the place, they stop to chat in their cars, do u turns on the crossing, reverse out of junctions on to the main road...aaaggghhhh :help:
OK I need a quiet place to go chill now.

we shouldnt have this tolerence behaviour or this problem i agree that they should get a driving licence most drivers are without and without insurance and TAX and VAT.
