I am also a keen rider and have been riding about the same amount of time as you but not in a while owing to university. Anyway I'd suggest talking to riding instructors, vets, stores etc. Think there may well be a few jobs going with a racehorse trainer in South Yorkshire who's just relocated if it's any use.
