I heard the JCB song yesterday. What a beatifull song and a must for any little boy at Christmas.

My daughter and her friends sing it all the time.I had not hear this till i hear it on that nickelodeon kids chanel other day and it is always on now.Not a bad little tune but kids like it.

Great little tune - downloaded it expecting it to be for kids, like Bob The Builder.

Instead you get a heartfelt lyric about how the singer felt when younget getting rides in his dad's JCB. For some reasons the lyrics (references to Mr.T, Transformers) evoke memories of beng small all over again.

Yes kids will like the video, but not a kids song.

This would be my choice for Xmas No.1, over X-Factor or G4 anyday. Who knows, could be worth a cheeky bet - I mean this time last year how many people thought Mad World would get to number 1?

Yes, I admit it.. I'm a Cliff fan... I inherited it off Mum.

You might even jump for joy to learn it's a re-recording of a Cliff classic, Miss You Nights.

You may start to foam at the mouth when I tell you it's not only Cliff, but those hosed-down operatic X-Factorites, G4 who are singing with him.

Oh I like Miss You Nights by Cliffy Pops. Though don't like G4. Thought they were doing a ditty with the bust escaping Lesley Garratt? Maybe that was a bad dream.

Well I like the Ciffy option when the other options are Chicco Time or Peter and Jordan.

Though I do like the JCB song and video so perhaps that one for Christmas.

I doubt 'bob the builder' sings about how he was bullied in school by teachers bullies and teachers pets.

Yes, I have heard it and read about the lyrics. I still think it is suitable for a child. It touches many levels including the innocent. All my son will hear is about a boy and his dad in a JCB. I hear the other levels but I don't need to explain these to my son. I'm sure it touches many.

My Mum also likes these Opera singers like Russell Watson, Katherine Jenkins et al.. Some of their songs are OK I s'pose, like the one Russell Watson did as the theme tune to Star Trek Enterprise.

You can never trust Cliff! It was only a few months ago he swore he was never going to release any more records, because people didn't want to hear them on the radio anymore. He said he was only going to do concerts now. :gag:
