Are there any vets open on a Sunday. I live in S8, so the nearer the better.

not sure that there wil be any practices open, but i think you can ring the emergency vet, if it is an emergency. Can't help you with a number i'm afraid.

Many open for emergencies only for a couple of hours on a Sunday, other than that it'll be the out of hours service through the PDSA hospital on Newhall Road I'm afraid, and that's good but pricey.

yes there is just round hillsbrough corner as the tram turns towards malin bridge on the left:thumbsup:
its open till 12 and same price as in the week no extra charges like some vets do on the weekend hope that helps:thumbsup:

Oh yes..I remember reading about it in Active 8 or was it Grapevine. Do you know what it's called?

Some months ago, i had to get my dog to the vets. We use the Animal Hospital on Baslow road, and they told us to ring/go to the PDSA on Newhall road, Attercliffe. The call out charge was really expensive thou.

Just got back from Peak vets with my cat, Arnie. Very friendly staff. The consultation was with steven, who was so lovely to Arnie. Hopefully Arnie is on the road to recovery now he's started his course of antibiotics.

Peak vets is open 11am -1pm on Sundays. There website is www.peakvets.co.uk

I can also vouch for Peak Vets! They are open Sundays :cool: My dog Mackie has been there a few times and all of the vets and nurses were very friendly!
