why are you on the forum on a friday night?
Why arent you down town drinking or watching a film?
My reasons:
Not drinking because im skint
Not watching a film because im waiting for my sister to go to sleep so I can watch Saw while laid on bed (yes i share a room with my sister :rolleyes: )

newusername 25-11-2005, 20:55 nobody to go out with, i am trying to build up the confidence to come to a forum meeting, anyone got any suggestions.
It's because this is where I choose to be. :) At home, with family, drinking tea having just had a pizza.
I don't particularly want to be in town drinking, and there's odds and sods of work I need to tidy up.
So here I am.
And it's great. :)

I slept most of the day (stayed up all night last night), plus I don't have much money & don't really have anyone to go out with. Not watching a film because it didn't cross my mind, when I got up I wanted to come on net, check my e-mails etc.
I go to Karate on Friday nights so I don't get in till gone 8.. And I'm usually too tired to do much else for the rest of the night after a tough Karate lesson.
And I'm also saving money for the Dev Cat meet on Sunday, seeing as I'm apparently obliged to go having done the thread for it.
antisocial 25-11-2005, 21:02 Skint and other half in work at 7am.....
Also had a sly unplanned night out on Wednesday....we only went out for one honest...
So being constructive and doing our Xmas shopping online...
Here cos no one to go out with ( out last night ) and nowt on tv!

Ive just watched I'm a celebrity and I am now bored - my bloke is asleep on the settee snoring and the Dog is in competition with him for who can snore the loudest! What an exciting life I lead - infact i just can't stand the pace I think I will have to go to bed!

Why are we here on a Friday night ? Im an old coffin dodger,who can only sit and watch "IM a Celebrity" ,and dream of years gone by when Friday nights were really exciting.Going up town with the girls, drinking ,dancing,eyeying up the boys,and then talking about who you had pulled the following Monday at work. Oh, life is so boring now.Think Ill have a Budweiser and ******* off to bed. :hihi:

They're all snoozing on the couch, the weather is cold and damp, and the heating is fighting a brave battle. Got my sis on messenger showing me her gems fron virtual shopping this evening.

Plus town drinking just ain't the same anymore...
I was on the forum because I have no one to go out with and when I do go out, it is only to go on the pull, and seeing as most females turn down a drink when offered thanks to the date rape drug which makes life difficult for a guy, then, when you start dancing with someone they go off with another guy which leaves you going home alone...........*takes a deep breath* nah, thanks, I shall stay at home thanks.
