Bit over the top, but it got you looking ;)

1) My ex is putting a lot of pressure on me into going to Corporation tomorrow night to drink vast amounts of alcohol to find some hapless slapper for me and some well hung romeo for her. What do i do? BTW she isn't on the pull but i thought i would even the field so no feminist calls me shallow! ;) My problem is finance is not great!

2) I have not had my hair cut since February. Mainly because i have been really lazy with my appearance. My employers would like me to tidy myself up since i am a professional:shocked:

So what should i do?

If everything goes to plan it will be a multi choice poll, my first poll!!! Yikes:thumbsup:

Just get one of your mates to cut your hair for you, infact, get your ex to do it :D

Edit:
omg, have you got really long hair?? Don't cut it short!

keep the hair, that way you save the dosh for going out to corp and possibly meeting somebody who really loves you, just dont go and stand on your own, then leave on your own, then go home and cry and want to die.......:heyhey:

Go to the corp and and if you still feel like getting a haircut do it.

I know all about having long hair and profesional working environments, if it's long enough to tie back it helps but at the end of the day it didn't help me so i loped it all off.

Having short hair in the corp though doesn't help.

I think that getting your hair cut will help you feel a little better about yourself as well as looking smarter (and we can all do with feeling good about ourselves, can't we?).

In terms of the going out to pull vs staying in and being boring, there aren't enough options. I think that you should follow what you want to do, and what you feel comfortable doing.

From previous posts you don't appear to be a shallow person who treats others as one night stand fodder, and I'm firmly of the opinion that while a little fun makes you feel good, there are aspects about the 'meat market' approach to one night stands that do nothing for the self image and self esteem.

Because it sounds like your self image has taken a bit of a beating over the last while, I think that going out with the aim of having a little more than a one night stand sounds like a much more attractive option.

Personally speaking, I'm up for a little fun, but drunken one night stands just don't sound like fun.

Nah, its not really that long to bottom of my neck.

Pondering whether to have it all shaved or the back and sides tidied (is that a word?!?) and let it keep growing up top.

Life is full of so many decisions!!

Why not go out, but only try to pull a hairdresser? Job's a good 'un.

Keep your hair long and sexy, inform the management about equality between men and women.

Tell your ex you can find someone on your own or that you don't want to be with anyone so she should mind her own business. (Unless you want to stay friends that is.) The only reason she wants you to drink vast amounts of alcohol is so she can have a go herself, she will be declaring her love again in no time.

Trust me.

I have always said my ideal woman would be a hairdresser. I hate getting my hair cut and paying daft amount to do it!

Thats very tempting about the management. They never said directly to get my hair cut so no doubt they will throw it back at me its not a problem!

Recently i put a thread up called "feedback on my situation please" which explains mine and the ex situation. Trust me, i dont think she will be declaring her love again!! lol

Thank you very much for the compliment Medusa(cool name by the way!)

I know i'm going off topic but it would be cool to find a woman for a relationship but that doesn't always happen.

So its a case of searching for Miss Right or Miss Right now!! lol

You're welcome! (you do know I'm not really a gorgon though?)

I know how it's tempting to give in to the 'carnal' temptations, but I know that it wouldn't make me happy with myself, having disrespected somebody like that, so maybe some socialising is in order instead? Well, that's the way I'm going about it anyway- meet lots of nice new people, and hope that one likes you as much as you like them.

Get your hair tidied up ( I presume it's a mess for your place of work to comment)

And go with your ex to The Corp and see if there is any decent totty for either of you. And if there isn't then have a drink and a laugh. It's only 1 night so doesn't matter if it's a flop.

I do think you should have your hair cut, especially if your job depends on it.
I have a friend who takes grave delight in his scruffy appearance and he's not a pretty sight lol.

As for the ex WHY does she want you to go out with her ? Is she hoping you will pull so she can salve her conscience? lol

I am the ex and "trust me" there is no chance. We are friends but I went out with him for five years that was long enough, no chance of me getting back with him thank you very much!

Hmm, its been "1 night" as such for quite a while for me.

Not that i'm bitter about the lack of action:evil:

Update

I went to Corp last night. Got very drunk but never pulled:mad:

The hair has still not been decided 100%.

I was going to shave it all off tonight but problem is i look like a thug!!

I might pop into meadowhell after work tomorrow and have a trim and tidy. No doubt it will be bloody expensive:loopy:

Major decissions definately require a beer or two. Although don't completely make your mind up whilst under the influence. Instead question things, think about things and enjoy things. Then in the morn you'll really understand which is the most important decission, then stick with your choice.
