I am a newcomer so Hi.
I see there are lots of very active people on this site .I need someone to help with furniture stripping and possibly restoration .Can anyone suggest where to get a reliable person to help for a couple of days ( apart from the job centre or pub )money involved of course .

If you want it dipping in a big vat of acid to remove the paint then give Nev of the Sharrowvale Stripping Co a call on 0114 268 1368. He's an incredibly good guy. He did a door for me and only charged £16 including collection and return!

Thanks for that garrence but I really meant does anyone want a part - time job for a couple of days a week stripping furniture ,not doors and not in a caustic soda tank .
