Keep track of the cheapest petrol/diesel prices online or by email alerts.
You do have to register an address though, so may get junk mail.

As long as you know that Shell on Balby Road in Donny IS the cheapest then you don't need no mailing list ;)
EDIT: It's 85.9p today :)

But even at that price, is it worth Sheffielders going to Donny to fill up? ;)
We wouldn't save anything if we had to travel to Donny.

Same here, and for most Sheffielders I should think :)

Tesco on Woodfield Way: Unleaded: 84.9p
Balby Road Service Station / BP: Unleaded 86.9p, Diesel:88.9p
Shell still on 85.9p
Not my fault if petrol is cheaper up here... I do live in Sheffield and since no one else is taking time to post in the relevant sections anymore, then why not 84.9p gets my vote.
They do promise not to spam you....this site has already been mentioned many time in this thread (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11869&perpage=15&pagenumber=4) and no-one has experienced any problems since registering therefore I would recommend them!
There also run the www.ourproperty.co.uk website - I have been registered with that site for ages and never had any probs!
