Hello all,

My (and usually most) dvd burner has the option to change the region code 5 times to allow you to watch/burn dvd's from different regions. You get a warning message when you change to say "you have xxx changes left"

Now it seems my better half has used the final change to set it to region 1, in effect locking it on region 1 and I cant get it to change back - Does anyone know of a method to break this? I've tried a few things but most methods seem to reset the count back to zero changes, but wont work when you have 'locked' the region setting.

you can download a firmware update / hack that will change that, or download and installa program called ANYDVD. It's reet good.
