So with the new liecensing laws kicking in on thursday does anyone know the new opening time for some of the pubs in town? I think that Weatherspoons on Cambridge St is open till 2am friday and saturday and till 12 the rest of the week

Don't know any others but I know that the Revolution will only be open till 11pm still due to its location near the flats! :rolleyes:

Thanks, i kinda thought that they wouldn't be able to open any later because of the flats.

Yeah i noticed it newb, but it didn't really tell me which pubs will be open late. Oh and cheers for the link. :rolleyes:

there must be three or four threads where people have started listing which pubs are opening late.

Anyway, my conclusion having been out tonight is that it was disappointing. The pubs we wanted to go too post 11 were either rammed or closed. The ones with room were the ones we never go to and don't want too now. So we got a taxi home.

In other words, not much change then. The 'new' hours seem to be the same as the old ones.
