Hello can anyone help,

I'm 24 and can't swim...I want to learn but just feel stupid! I've had a look at the link at the top of this page for lessons, but I'm sure if I go people will point and laugh at me.

Has anyone out there been to adult lessons - if so what are they like? Are they as bad as I think they'll be?
