Has anyone worked at the moorfoot home office contact centre.
I just wondered what it was like. Have an interview there next week and although the title is "administration officer", i guess i'll be on the phone a lot.
but is it like everywhere else?

I work for the Home Office.. Yes the customer contact centre is exactly that, contact (phone, email, letter etc)

Yeah i do get that bit..but whats it like to work for the home office.? I mean is it like all other call centres or is it a good employer? has it a high turnover of staff?

My neice works there,she seems to enjoy it :D
