Bus Service over Christmas Eve, is it normal?

Recommended Posts

Hi

Was just wondering, does anyone know if there is a bus service on christmas eve? I have been told there maybe is a very limited one, but i dont see any reason why they would do this.

Cheers

John

Don't forget this xmas eve is a saturday so the services will be limited by that before you even start with the xmas stuff!

No doubt it'll be advertised on buses soon, would guess it'll be sunday service though.

Is usually a Saturday service with buses having to be back in garage by 7pm so don't expect a bus after 6ish. Also as Christmas day is Sunday I should think the buses won't be running normally again until 28th cos 27th will probably be a bank holiday.

The buses on christmas eve will be late/missing driving past full and when you do get on one there will be a couple of drunks on the back seat..............yep, its a normal bus service i think.

For both buses and trams expect a Saturday service with an early finish between 1800 & 2000. The same will happen on New Years Eve.
