The next meet will be from 3pm, Sunday 8th Feb, at the Classic Rock Bar. I'll ask the Gingers to be there, Sass will do some chicken legs for us all and we'll have a live band to entertain you in the evening. It looks like we'll be getting our public entertainments licence agreed on Thursday so we'll have at least one live band playing every night of the week! When I've booked the band for Sunday 8th Feb I'll let you all know who it is.

All welcome, newbies too, and if anyone has any specific requests for anything, let me know in advance and I'll see if I can cater.

Alas next week lottery numbers are not available and the double jointed super models are on holiday so I cannot provide them.

So long as my sock sniffing buddies are there I shall attend :)

Only one of them has a sock fetish, he especially likes white socks.

I started drinking 3pm Saturday until 2am Sunday then started drinking with hiyabeing 2pm Sunday! Erk. My head is banging, think I got home about 10pm I take it you all stayed until closing.

Hehe a load of pics were dumped due to some people not wanting to appear on the net, and also my camera battery ran out part-way through the evening due to overuse in the video-watching department :P

I'm finally back on line after five days in bed with the flu!
I missed most of the meet - apart from my token glass collecting moment when someone took my pic with a massive double chin!

As for the comment about prices differing at the bar, I've asked Sarah who was running the bar that day about this, she explained that at one point she hit the soda button instead of the lemonade so charged you less for this and explained it at the time. It seems that she was charging for two shots of lemonade instead of a half pint (which is what it should be) so it looks as though you were undercharged for most of the session - staff have been retrained and suitably tortured. I shouldn't complain - you did well out of this! :thumbsup:
