They're so ugly they're cute, and I admire their 'come on then, do your worst' spirit.  I also love aye ayes, which everybody else seems to think of as ugly.  Elephant seals are pretty ugly. I really wanted one when I was younger but my cousins had two that died of poor health at just over 1 years of age. I think they are sooooo cute but a lot of people don't  Baboons are ugly creatures!
