What is the area like? Is it safe?..how far from the city centre?

id say it was a bit sketchy meself. heard some tales. but theres usually pockets inside areas that are ok, so it could be one of em.

I think the flats on martin street are ok. I work at the university near there and i`ve been told not to walk through that area at night as there`ve been a few muggings lately but as i don`t live there can`t really offer much more advice.
