Does anybody out there know where i can purchase a nintendo ds new?
All the usual outlets have sold out......Argos,tesco,comet ect

Do you think i may be panicking a little bit early?

Looks like i'm not the only one judging by the "out of stock" notices :help:

Just re-read my posting.......should maybe point out the nintendo is meant to be a christmas present.

Have you tried Dixons, Curry's, Gamestation ?

Tried them all,well on-line at least,unless they havn't updated the website Argos say their currently sold out.

Tesco had the best offer on.....carry case, game and a few more bits and bobs.

God i hate the hassle christmas causes!! :mad:

just checked Argos - both Angel Street and Meadowhall have them in stock to pick up.

Go on, reserve one and then collect it from the shop.

No hardship at least you know its in stock then - they give you a ref . no.

Woolworths in town and hillsborough have them, you can get a accessory pack for half price too when you buy one :)


Don't go to Gamestation at the bottom of the moor, as they sell you returned faulty items as new.

You will definately get it before Christmas and if anything goes wrong with it, you can still take it back to Game shops for replacement if they have them in stock!

I always get my Xbox stuff from their online shop because they are quick at delivery, are ALWAYS wrapped up in the original Microsoft seal (unlike the shops where you get mucky fingered-up discs etc.) and I always get double reward points!

When Mario Kart in released (25th Nov) you should be able to get hold of a DS + mario Kart pack:

They have a great deal in Toys R Us. Pink or Blue Nintendo ds, plus nintendo dogs, another free game and free essentials pack for £99.99. Getting more in stock this week.

I work in the Mhall Argoose and can vouch that there were plenty of DS consoles there today. There are various bundle deals etc so check the website, flyers or the newspaper to compare deals.

Just thought i'd update this thread .

Right........we reserved a pink nintendo ds from woolworths 2 weeks ago,they just emailed to say no chance....soooo the girlfriend has gone into a mad panic,and dashed off to toys r us to buy a silver one (she's there now,god help me if they are sold out :rolleyes: )

The problem is now it looks as if loads of people were in the same boat ie after the pink or blue Ds's with the nintendogs game..........my question is does anybody know where i can get my hands on Nintendogs? Tried all the usual places on-line.
