Who does he fight? Muslims?

I thought it was a noble and professional sport? So why would you choose to not pit yourself against anyone who was to your standard (ie, in a fair fight)?

like he says, its all about principles. You got to respect him for that...

It reminds me of the Spike Milligan sketch with the boxer who was the Jehovah's Witness. He just stood there shouting "Forgive them, for they know not what they do!" while he got battered.

I think it is predudice as well as being stupid on two counts.

1) surely if you are a boxer, you fight who is put against you, regardless of any religion and if you object on that basis, yes, predjudice.

2) why let yourself get hit out of choice. I know the object is not to get hit but all the same....;)

No it's not - it's two blokes knocking seven shades of whatnot out of each other.

You lose any semblance of nobility when you start fighting - whether it's professional or street fighting. Mind you, Christians have been beating each other up for a couple of thousand years so it shouldn't make much difference. ;)

Does it matter to anyone else? Surely its up to him if he doesn't want to fight another Christian.... Just the same as Nas saying in the news the other day that he won't fight another Muslim.

Whoever your friend 'Jim' was, yes, it is blatent preduistice.

You, on the other hand, are worse. You ask for opinions on what could be seen as a controversial subject but people still contributed to. But based on a question from a lyier.
