i am moving to sheffield in a few weeks. i really need to know how much i should expect to pay for a room in shared house/flat. i need something CHEAP. i am a musician, need i say more.

also any web sites that are especially good for finding cheap rooms to rent would be very helpfull.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe, but there is plenty of space for your own things if you'd like.

It is available immediately and rent is £45p/w plus bills (which are cheap!!)
