just spent 2 hours @ Calow A&E after a white van man decided to use me as a "hood" ornament.
I canonly praise the service of the sexy paramedic #& the hospital team.
Has any one else actually been happy with there service?

I live not far from the hospital, and have had cause to use the A & E several times and have never found them to be anything other than complete and caring professionals.

My SO went in (in York) with a badly broken wrist, bones completely displaced.
A nurse looked at it and said "oh, you've just sprained it, you'll be fine".
Fortunately someone grabbed a doctor and pointed to the obviously mishapen wrist who said immediately that it was broken and she went for surgery to have it pinned.

I went in with a obvious broken arm 10 years ago from playing football- a doctor saw me and said that it would be fine and would heal naturally, they put a pot on and sent me home- i was in absolute agony overnight and went back the next day- was then told by a differant doctor it would need a plate along it and pins running through my bone to keep it in place.

Not a happy bunny!!!!
