View Full Version : Robbie williams tickets on pre-sale from today (9th November 2005)
LoopyLou 09-11-2005, 09:06 Hey hey hey !!!!!!!!!!
I've just bought my robbie tickets - for roundhay park on 9th sept -

i bet thats where lee1979 is - trying to get our tickets!!
LoopyLou 09-11-2005, 09:41 they were supposed to go on pre-sale from 9am today.. I tried the site at 8.45am to see if it was getting busy and got straight through!!!!! bit cheeky but hey :D
can you post the dates of the england tour please if you can- i can't get on?
Leeds is the 9th Sept, Wembley is the 14th and 15th. Can't remember the others (think it was just Glasgow) and not a hope in hell of getting on to see, the site's been too busy to get on since 9.
I got on early too, at 5 to... some of the Wembley tickets were already sold out, but being a poor student, I decided £50 a ticket was pushing it! Maybe next time :(
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 x tickets for leeds and 2 x tickets for wembley now purchased :D :D
bonus!!!
Is it fair that they charge a booking fee of £4 for EACH ticket though??
thats wrong!
Simple - if it's not fair, don't pay it! You don't *have* to go, do you? ;)
banesmabes 09-11-2005, 10:37 I've never understood what booking fees are used for - anyone care to enlighten me? Surely it's just a way of pushing up the ticket price even further to get increased profit for the venue? £4 a ticket seems ridiculous!
 Yay!
4 tickets for Cologne Tues. 8th August

Took me all morning though! Got thru earlier after about 1hr only for the payment site not to open up
I very rarely buy tickets directly from a venue, so in that case the booking fee will be going to a third party. It wouldn't surprise me if in a lot of cases, even booking direct just passes on the booking to an external agency. It's always annoying when you seem to pay a large fee per ticket, but if people are willing to pay it, they'll carry on charging it!
How much did you pay. I want to see him at manchester or sheffield??
what website did you get them from.?
I have seen somefor about £100.
I really would like to see him!!!!!
At the moment its only for people who are members of his fanclub (my g/f is- not me)- ticket go on general sale on the 19th november.
LoopyLou 09-11-2005, 12:39 there is currently no dates for manchester on the official website.... just glasgow 1st sept, leeds 9th sept & london on 14th & 15th.
prices for standing are £45 & £49

Mrs S10owl has got her tickets 4 for roundhay. :help:
don't knock it !!!!!
prices for 2 tickets on ebay in all UK venues are now going for £200 + :D
I was soo tempted to buy my 4 to ebay, but now ticket companies are leaving it so late to send them, didn't want to get stuck with them, as I really couldn't afford them.

even if you just turned up on the day you could tout them for more than the cost value!!
Got two for roundhay but have they put more dates on?? had a look earlier and there's now 8th of sept at roundhay and another wembley date on the official robbie website........
Yeh they've put more dates on, I gave in and bought 4... Hopefully will ebay them for a nice profit, and if not I'll just go and see him myself :) Apparently tickets are being sent out 4 weeks before, so hopefully have time to get them out.
