gailsnails   10 #5 Posted January 8, 2011 Snap! i joined at Beighton and my first weigh in is Tuesday. Im finding it really easy to follow and seem to be content with what i can eat. I'm trying to vary my diet so i don't get bored, foods containing protein make you feel fuller for longer so i'm focusing on that. Good look for Tuesday Sooper Dooper, think positive.
