and before owdlad starts i mean interesting in a cooking sense:rolleyes:

Grill one side, then turn over and part grill the other side.
Then, put apple sauce and (any strong) cheese on top and grill until done.

You can use mustard and brown sugar instead, that works too.

hmmmm ....... when i was doin my catering NVQ at college we browned the pork chops in a fryin pan then added a nice beer i think it was german but any that you prefer should be ok then we just cooked them gently in the beer till nearly cooked remove the chops then we added double cream (DONT USE SINGLE AS IT WILL CURDEL:gag: ) stir to encorperate the cream then plate the chops and serve with the sauce it was yummy we served it with fanned apples that we grilled and mashed potatoes and some wonderfull steamed french beans..

We do that too nick. :thumbsup:

rub them with olive oil and lemon juice, add some rosemary, and grill them.
